Accessibility policy for the Andalusian Centre of Photography, which belongs to the Andalusian Department of Culture.
The Andalusian Centre of Photography, which is in charge of this web´s contents management, will take all the necessary steps to make this portal information accessible to all users, including those with any kind of handicap or technological-like impairments.
Spanish legislation related to accessibility establishes in Law 34/2002 dated 11 July [ the link opens in new window ]Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y Comercio Electrónicothat before December 31 2005 public administrations must take the necessary steps to make accessible the information available in their respective web pages to handicapped and senior citizens.
Steps to increase web accessibility:
The main keyboard shortcuts available in the website are the following::
The activation of the keyboard shortcuts depends on the navigator used. The most frequent are:
Note: Keyboard shortcuts are not compatible with Netscape 4, Camino, Galeon, Konqueror, Omniweb, Safari (inferior versions to 1.2), Opera Windows/Linux (inferior versions to 7.0).
The font size is relative, since the AAA tool, located in the submenu on the right of the page, allows the user to choose among three font sizes and adapt the whole portal composition to the new format.
Most links whose text does not describe the target thoroughly have title attributes with notes. Whenever possible, links are written with a meaning out of context. There are no Javascript pseudo-links. All links can be followed with any navigator, even if Javascript is disabled.
The site has been validated with the TAW tool and checked with different devices. The accessibility level reached is Double-A (AA) with some Triple-A rules.
