In Field Work, a parallelism is established between the social sciences research method and the style of each of these two participating photographers. Rafael Sanz Lobato's original prints maintain a dialogue with Cristóbal Hara's colour pictures, creating a game of echo and differences which show the diversity and richness of the photographic language.
Their work's most representative features have been highlighted, comparing serious and humorous touches, either respectful or transgressive, typical of their works, without undermining their most significant series. Thus, Lobato's Bercianos de Alistework is widely represented, as well as Hara's series devoted to bullfighers Lances de Aldea. Both series are a good example of how to involve oneself in a project and they show how images have a full sense within a discourse.
